3. Candidate Responsibilities
- Candidates must provide truthful and up-to-date personal, professional, and educational information.
- Candidates are responsible for ensuring they have the legal right to work in the location of the position applied for.
- Misrepresentation of qualifications may result in disqualification from current and future opportunities.
4. Fees & Payments
- Recruitment fees are calculated as a percentage of the candidate’s first-year salary or as otherwise agreed in writing.
- Payment terms will be outlined in the service agreement.
- Late payments may be subject to additional charges.
5. Guarantees & Replacements
BOVA Bridge LLC provides replacement guarantees as outlined in the chosen pricing plan. Refunds or replacements will only apply if conditions set forth in the service agreement are met.
6. Confidentiality
- Both BOVA Bridge LLC and the client/candidate agree to maintain confidentiality regarding all sensitive or proprietary information shared during the recruitment process.
- Information will not be disclosed to third parties without prior consent, except as required by law.
7. Limitation of Liability
BOVA Bridge LLC is not liable for:
- Any employment disputes arising after the hiring decision.
- Losses or damages resulting from the performance, actions, or termination of a hired candidate.
- Business losses, delays, or indirect damages related to recruitment services.
8. Termination of Services
Either party may terminate services by providing written notice, subject to the terms outlined in the service agreement.
9. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of New York.
10. Updates to Terms
BOVA Bridge LLC reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website.
