Refund Policy

At BOVA Bridge LLC, we are committed to delivering high-quality recruitment and staffing services. Since our work involves significant time, resources, and effort, we follow a transparent refund and replacement policy to ensure fairness for both employers and candidates.

1. Service Fees

  • Recruitment fees are based on the agreed percentage of the candidate’s first-year salary or contractual rate, depending on the plan selected.
  • All fees are due as per the terms outlined in the client agreement.

2. Refunds & Replacements

  • If a candidate placed by BOVA Bridge LLC voluntarily resigns or is terminated for just cause within the replacement guarantee period (as outlined in your selected pricing plan), we will provide a free replacement for the same role.
  • If a suitable replacement cannot be found within a reasonable time frame, partial refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued if:

  • The client’s job requirements or role changes significantly after hiring.
  • The termination of employment is due to company restructuring, layoffs, or budget cuts.
  • The client delays or fails to provide adequate feedback during the recruitment process.

4. Temporary & Contract Staffing

For contract or temporary placements, refunds are not applicable. Instead, staffing adjustments will be made to ensure smooth project continuation.

5. Customized Agreements

For long-term partnerships or bulk hiring contracts, refund and replacement terms will be customized in the service agreement.
